How are we handling orders during a lockdown?

Our online store is still up and running at a minimal phase.  Due to the impact of COVID-19, we held back our plans to sell internationally and temporarily remove some products (i.e. Kids).  We care for the safety of everyone and wish we can serve globally.   

However, if you are planning to purchase or would like to buy any of our products, delays may occur due to lockdowns.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

How are your products made? 

Our cosmetics line is all Made in the U.S.A and PETA certified.  All cruelty-free cosmetic products.  


How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.  If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@dosy7.com or sales@dosy7.com.  We will get back to you as soon as we can. 


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered was damaged during transit. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@dosy7.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!  Please read our Return/Refund Policy.

Where can I find the shipping policy?

If I want to donate to non-profit organizations listed on the Giving Back page, where do I send my donations?
